Abdel Aziz Dahi is a seasoned financial leader and reformer with over three decades of experience in central banking, government, and international advisory.
As former Governor of the Central Bank of Mauritania (2015–2020), he spearheaded landmark reforms that strengthened institutional independence, modernized banking supervision, launched the country's first Sukuk issuance, and advanced digital transformation in payments and monetary operations. His tenure earned global recognition for innovative currency reform and financial modernization.
He also served as Minister of Economy and Industry, Fisheries, Digital Transition, and Civil Service, as well as President of the Council of Ministers of the G5 Sahel, where he led major negotiations, transparency initiatives, and regional strategies.

Craig is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the UK Association of Corporate Treasurers. He graduated from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow where he studied Accounting & Finance at the Business School.
Prior to joining Nexum, Craig spent 26 years at Deloitte within the Audit & Assurance function, including 13 years as an equity partner holding senior leadership positions in the UK, Switzerland and the Middle East.
Craig predominantly worked in the financial services sector throughout his career and has considerable experience in banking, payments services and of public companies. As an advisory partner in Deloitte, he specialized in transactions and finance transformation.

Graeme graduated from the Business School at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow in 1998 with a first class honours degree in accounting and economics and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Scotland since 2000.
Prior to joining Nexum Capital Inc in January 2024, Graeme spent 25 years in Deloitte's UK Audit & Assurance practice leading complex audits of listed companies, mainly in the financial service sector. At Deloitte Graeme also provided advice to clients across many industries specialising in bank treasury and financial risk management, structured funding transactions and other complex financial instrument matters, UK financial services regulatory reporting, and internal controls relating to risk management and financial reporting.
Prior to joining Nexum Capital Inc in January 2024, Graeme spent 25 years in Deloitte's UK Audit & Assurance practice leading complex audits of listed companies, mainly in the financial service sector. At Deloitte Graeme also provided advice to clients across many industries specialising in bank treasury and financial risk management, structured funding transactions and other complex financial instrument matters, UK financial services regulatory reporting, and internal controls relating to risk management and financial reporting.
